Was zahle ich bei einem kleinen Klub?

Wann lohnt sich ein Wechsel auf einen höheren Plan?
Wenn du dich den Limits deines aktuellen Plans näherst — z. B. bei Teilnehmern, Clubs, Trainern, SMS oder Speicherplatz. Die Module sind in jedem Plan gleich: CRM, Instruktoren-Modul, KSeF und alles andere funktionieren schon ab Starter. Der Planwechsel erfolgt sofort — ohne Unterbrechung des Systembetriebs.
Ist die Datenmigration von einem anderen System im Preis enthalten?
Der grundlegende Datenimport (Teilnehmer, Gruppen) ist kostenlos und kann selbstständig aus einer CSV-Datei durchgeführt werden. Bei komplexeren Migrationen aus WodGuru, Fitssey oder anderen Systemen — kontaktiere uns, wir erstellen ein individuelles Angebot.
Sind das Elternportal und Dokumente im Planpreis enthalten?
Ja — Elternportal, DSGVO-Einwilligungen, Dokumente und das Anwesenheitssystem sind in allen kostenpflichtigen Plänen verfügbar. Es gibt keine versteckten Gebühren für diese Funktionen.
