How much will I pay for a smaller club?
Use the calculator above — slide to your active participant count. The system automatically shows the best plan and exact monthly cost. For a small club (up to 50 people), you'll start with the Starter plan.
When should I move to a higher plan?
When you approach the limits of your current plan — e.g. participants, clubs, coaches, SMS or file storage. The modules are the same in every plan: CRM, the instructor module, KSeF and everything else work from Starter. Plan changes take effect immediately — no downtime.
Is data migration from another system included?
Basic data import (participants, groups) is free and you can do it yourself from a CSV file. For more complex migrations from WodGuru, Fitssey or other systems — contact us for an individual quote.
Are the parent portal and documents included in the plan?
Yes — the parent portal, GDPR consents, documents, and attendance system are available in all paid plans. There are no hidden fees for these features.
