Yes! We support import from Excel/CSV and direct import from WodGuru, MAAT and eFitness. The import wizard automatically maps fields, deduplicates participants and guardians.
No. Klubownik installs with one click from the browser — straight to the home screen. No Google account, no Apple review, no manual updates. Icon and splash screen with your club logo, fullscreen without browser bar, push notifications on Android and iPhone (iOS 16.4+), works offline.
Yes. Klubownik supports both online (Stripe: BLIK, card) and cash in-club payments side by side. Per-payment method selection, unified overdue tracking and reminders. Also supports fiscal-register receipts (ELZAB, POSNET, Novitus coming soon) and KSeF e-invoices.
Yes. Today we support ELZAB and POSNET printers — receipts print automatically from the panel, no manual re-entry. Novitus is coming soon. For clubs running a bar, shop or in-person fees, this saves a dozen minutes a day and eliminates manual-entry errors.

Yes. Klubownik has a built-in child protection module compliant with the Kamilka Act (in force since August 15, 2024). The system includes ready-made templates: child protection standards, incident reporting procedures, staff declarations, personnel verification and safety documentation. Everything with versioning and online signing.
Yes! Klubownik supports KSeF (National e-Invoice System) natively — no need for external services like Fakturownia or wFirma. Electronic invoices are generated and sent directly from the system.
Klubownik's gamification is a full motivation system: participants earn XP points for attendance, exams and challenges. They receive badges, level up and compete in leaderboards. Coaches can create custom challenges and rewards. Studies show gamification increases participant retention by up to 30%.
