What you get
Kyu/dan template and intermediate belts
Ready template: 6th–1st kyu and 1st–3rd dan. Add intermediate belts as your own ranks — with a colour, image and requirements.
Progress towards the next rank
Each rank has requirements: sessions since the last rank, time in training and age. Parents and athletes see the progress and a “Ready for exam” marker, and the coach awards the rank.
Exams with sign-ups and fees
Date, capacity, waiting list and online payment. Sign-ups by the coach, by parents or publicly via link or widget. A passed exam records the new rank in the history right away and notifies parents.
Documents with expiry dates
Licences, medicals and insurance with an alert before they expire. Parents upload a scan and the club approves it.
Competition entries
A CSV file in federation formats (incl. PZK, PZJudo, PZKB, PZB, ALMMA) with a check that athletes have all their documents.
Child safeguarding
Standards, staff declarations, an incident register and a reminder to review the standards — in every plan.
Frequently asked questions
How do I set up intermediate belts, e.g. white-yellow?
Add them as your own ranks in the judo system — with a colour, image and requirements. You can change the kyu/dan template freely.
Will you remind us about expiring medicals and licences?
Yes. Athlete documents have an expiry date, and the system sends an alert before they expire (30 days by default). Parents can upload a new scan for the club to approve.
Can I prepare competition entries?
Yes. The generator creates a CSV file in the PZJudo format (or your own) and checks that athletes have all their documents.
