Training documents
Declarations, consents and instructions from templates, attached to the course — a PDF is created for every sign-up.

After the course, a certificate with your text, background and an automatic number.

Staff, attendance and membership card

Frequently asked questions
Does Klubownik keep a firearms register?
No. The shooting module handles courses, sign-ups, training documents, certificates and events — it does not keep a firearms, ammunition or licence register.
Can I take a deposit for a course?
Yes. A course edition has a full price or a deposit, capacity and a waiting list. Online payment via Stripe, optionally with manual approval of sign-ups.
How do I issue a course completion certificate?
After the course, the system issues a PDF certificate with your text, background and an automatic number, e.g. CERT/2026/001. Certificates have no expiry date.
