Sign-ups for camps, day camps and club events
You create a camp or event with a capacity limit and a fee, and the parent signs their child up in the panel or through a form on the website. You have the list of participants and payments in one place.
Core features in every plan · 30 days free, no card
In short
Klubownik handles sign-ups beyond regular classes. Camps and day camps have a deposit, instalments, add-ons, transport, a price list with family discounts and the participant qualification form as a PDF. Events — such as tournaments, shows or workshops — have a capacity limit, a waiting list, a sign-up window, a fee and your own questions in the form. Club members can sign up and, if you set it that way, people from outside the club too.
How it works
You create a camp or event
Dates, capacity limit, price, sign-up window and questions in the form. An event can be for members, public or hidden.
The parent signs the child up
In the parent panel, through a public form or a widget on your website.
You keep track of places and payments
When an event runs out of places, further people go onto the waiting list. You see payments next to each participant.
Reminder and documents
People signed up for an event get a reminder the day before, and for camp participants you can generate participant qualification forms as PDFs.
What you get
Camps and day camps
Sign-ups with a deposit, add-ons and transport, a price list with family discounts and the participant qualification form as a PDF.
Events with sign-ups
Tournaments, shows, workshops or training camps with a capacity limit, a sign-up window, club approval and your own questions in the form. You create the event types yourself.
Camp instalments
A deposit and several instalments, set separately for each camp.
Waiting list
When a place frees up at an event, the first person on the waiting list takes it automatically.
Event fee
Online, by bank transfer or in cash — you choose the payment method separately for each event.
Sign-ups from outside the club
A public event and the camp form also accept sign-ups from people who are not club members.
Good to know
- You receive camp payments by bank transfer — there is no online payment for camps.
- For a public sign-up to a full event, the waiting list does not work — the form refuses the sign-up.
- Klubownik does not sell tickets for spectators — sign-ups are for event participants.
Frequently asked questions
Can a parent pay for a camp in instalments?
Yes, if you enable instalments for that camp and set the deposit and the number of instalments. You receive camp payments by bank transfer.

Yes. A public event has a sign-up form available without a club account, and you can share a camp through a public form or a widget on your website.
Will Klubownik remind participants about the event?
Yes. People signed up get a reminder the day before the event.
