Each group can have its own discipline, e.g. football, volleyball or table tennis. Payments, attendance and the parent panel are shared across the whole club.
Several locations
Each group has a location with an address and a map. You can split summaries and revenue by location and send an announcement to parents at just one of them.
Fees, passes and siblings
Monthly, half-yearly and yearly fees, joining fees and class passes. New charges are created automatically and, once enabled, the system calculates the sibling discount.
Announcements and notifications
Announcements to the whole club, a group or a location go out by email and in the app. Notices about cancelled classes and schedule changes reach parents automatically.
Attendance on the coach’s phone
The coach takes attendance on the phone, even for the whole group at once. Without signal, marks on an already open list are sent when the connection returns, and you can export lists to Excel.
Season summary as PDF
A report for the season, year or month: revenue, sign-ups, drop-outs, active participants, sessions, hours and attendance — ready to show the board.
How it works in your club
Enquiry or trial class
A parent leaves an enquiry through the club’s form or books a trial class on the club website built in Klubownik. The enquiry lands in Recruitment, and messages before and after the trial class go out automatically.
Group, capacity and fees
The participant joins a group by age, with a capacity limit and — once enabled — a waiting list. The fee or pass is created automatically every period, and the parent pays by bank transfer with a ready reference or online.
Attendance and make-up classes
The coach takes attendance on the phone, the parent reports an absence in the panel and, once make-up classes are enabled, picks the make-up date themselves.
Contact and the next month
Notices about cancelled classes and schedule changes reach parents automatically, you send announcements to a whole group, and the next charges and arrears reminders are created without your input.

Can Klubownik handle a club with several sections?
Yes. Each group can have its own discipline, e.g. football, volleyball or table tennis. Payments, attendance, communication and the parent panel are shared across the whole club.
Will the board get a season summary?
Yes. A season, year or month report as PDF shows revenue, sign-ups, drop-outs, active participants, the number of sessions and hours, and attendance.
Can a coach see only their own groups?
Yes, once this option is enabled, the coach sees only their own groups on the attendance list. You set the scope of their permissions, e.g. access to family data, separately.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
How do I move my data and get started?
You upload the list of participants and guardians from Excel or CSV: missing groups are created automatically, duplicates are detected and you can undo the import for 72 hours. We help with onboarding free of charge — a questionnaire, club setup and data import.
Is there an app for parents?
Parents use the panel in the browser and can install it on their phone like an app. In Poland, Android users can also get the Klubownik app on Google Play. On iPhone, notifications work after adding the panel to the home screen.
