Club shop: kit and merchandise with pick-up at the club
You add kit and merchandise with sizes, and the parent buys them in the panel or in the club shop and picks up the order at the club. Klubownik keeps track of stock levels and payment status.

In short
The club shop is included in every plan and works from the moment the club is created. You add products with size and colour variants, stock levels and a lower price for members. The parent buys in the panel or in the club shop and pays online — once the club’s Stripe account is connected — and, if you enable it, also by bank transfer or in cash. They pick up the order at the club, as there is no shipping. Once you enable the Club apparel module, you can also collect club T-shirt sizes from parents.
How it works
You add products
In the Shop → Products menu: photos, price, size and colour variants and stock level. You can also add a digital product, a voucher or a link to a product in another shop.
You set payment and visibility
In Settings → Shop, you choose the payment methods and decide whether the shop is visible to everyone or only to signed-in club members.
The parent orders
In the parent panel, in the club shop at its own address or on the club website. They pay online or choose bank transfer or cash, if you enable them.
You hand over the order at the club
In Orders, you set the status to “Ready for pickup” and, after handing it over, to “Completed”. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically, and the goods go back into stock.
What you get
Sizes and colours
Clothing, equipment and merchandise with photos. Each size and colour variant has its own stock level and, if you want, its own price.
Stock and low stock
An order reserves the goods, and a cancelled one returns them to stock. The shop panel shows variants with low stock, and when a product sells out, buyers can leave their email and get a message when it is back.
Online payment
By card or BLIK through the club’s Stripe account. It works once that account has been set up and verified.
Bank transfer and cash at the club
You turn them on in Settings → Shop. For a bank transfer, the buyer gets an email with the account number and payment reference, and you confirm the payment in the order. An unpaid order is cancelled after the time you set.
Member prices, discounts and vouchers
A lower price for signed-in club members, percentage and fixed-amount discount codes, and gift vouchers with a code to use in the shop.
Club apparel
You collect T-shirt sizes from parents according to your own size chart — free of charge, paid or as part of the annual fee — and mark who has already received them. You turn it on in Settings → Club apparel.
Good to know
- Klubownik does not handle order shipping. Buyers pick up physical products at the club and download digital products themselves.
- Online payments work once the club’s Stripe account has been set up and verified, and BLIK only for clubs based in Poland. Bank transfer and cash are disabled by default.
- An event ticket bought in the shop signs up the buyer, who has their own participant profile in the club, for the event. The shop does not sell tickets for spectators.
Frequently asked questions
Can parents pay in cash at the club?
Yes, if you enable cash in Settings → Shop. The order waits until you confirm the payment in the panel, and an unpaid one is cancelled after the time you set — 7 days by default. The goods then go back into stock.
How do I refund an order?
You refund an order paid online in its details — in full or in part, with the goods returned to stock. For an order paid in cash or by bank transfer, you return the money outside Klubownik.
Will the buyer get an invoice?
Yes, if they request it at purchase. Once the order is paid, Klubownik issues it with the club’s details, and when another entity is the seller, you issue it manually. You can also turn off invoices in the shop.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
