In short
The club website builder is included in every plan. You choose one of three templates and arrange blocks: about us, schedule, price list, coaches, gallery, FAQ, contact, trial session booking, camps or sponsors. The schedule and price list come from the club’s data, so you don’t enter them a second time. You publish the website at yourclub.klubownik.pl or on your own domain. If you already have a website, you paste widgets with the schedule, price list or contact form into it.
How it works
You choose a template
In the Club Website menu, you choose the Combat, Studio or Academy template and the club’s colours and fonts.
You arrange blocks
You add blocks in the order you choose, plus subpages and blog posts. You provide the texts and photos yourself.
You publish the website
In the Publishing tab, you switch on the website at the club’s address. You connect your own domain in the Domain tab.
You receive enquiries
Messages from the contact form go to the Inbox of the owner and administrators, and trial session bookings go to the Trial sessions list.

Schedule and prices from the club’s data
The schedule shows classes with the group name, time, place and coach. In the price list block, you choose which passes to show.
Sign-ups and contact from the website
Trial session booking with a choice of slot from the schedule, a contact form, seasonal recruitment and a list of camps with a sign-up button.
An address on klubownik.pl
Once published, the website runs at yourclub.klubownik.pl and has a sitemap for search engines. You set the title and description for Google in the SEO tab.
Your own domain
You enter the domain in the Domain tab and set the DNS records shown in the panel with your registrar. The website runs on the domain after verification.
Widgets for your website
In the Embeds & Links menu, you copy the code for the schedule, price list, contact form, events, camps and seasonal recruitment. The widgets also work without publishing the club website.
Good to know
- The club website is unpublished by default. It appears at the club’s address and in search engines once you switch it on in the Publishing tab — only then does trial session booking work as well.
- You buy and pay for the domain yourself with a registrar, and you set the DNS records following the instructions in the Domain tab.
- Language versions of the website are a paid add-on with a one-off fee for each language. Widgets pasted into another website usually display their labels in Polish.

Do I need hosting or a developer?
No. You build the website from ready-made blocks in the panel, and it runs at the club’s address on klubownik.pl or on your domain. You prepare the texts and photos yourself.
I already have a club website. Can I keep using it?
Yes. In the Embeds & Links menu, you’ll find widget code — for the schedule, price list, contact form, events, camps and seasonal recruitment — to paste into your website. The trial session booking calendar works only on the club website built in Klubownik.
Will the website be visible in Google?
A published website has a title and description set in the SEO tab and structured data about the club, and at its klubownik.pl address also a sitemap for search engines. Klubownik does not guarantee positions in search results.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
