Before you start
- Prepare your club name, basic contact details, and the industry module you want to use.
- If you are migrating from another system, keep your participant list or export file handy.

Create the club and choose a module
Go through onboarding and choose the module that best matches your club: martial arts, shooting, or universal CRM.

Fill in the core club settings
Add club details, basic branding, currency, and billing information. That is enough to move to operational setup.

Create the first groups and schedule
Add training groups, assign coaches, and create your first schedule slots. You do not need to configure the entire club structure immediately.

Add participants or start with import
If you are starting from scratch, add the first participants manually. If you are switching systems, move straight to CSV import or migration.
Important notes
- You don't need to configure everything at once. Start with what matters most: add groups, members, and set up payments. Configure the rest at your own pace.
