Several club locations in one panel
Each group has its location with an address, a map and a photo of the room. The parent chooses the venue when signing up, and you see participants by location and write to a selected branch.

In short
Yes — in one club you add as many locations as you need, with the city, address, map link and a photo of the room, and each group is assigned one of them. The parent chooses the location in the sign-up form and sees the class address in the panel calendar. Reports show participants by location, and you can send a message to the participants of a selected venue. There is no separate branch manager role: an administrator sees the whole club, and you can limit a coach’s view to their own groups. You can run several separate clubs from one owner account.
How it works
You add locations
In Settings → Training locations: name, city, address, Google Maps link, a photo of the room and a colour.
You assign groups
Each group has one location, and you enter the room for each session in the schedule. The same coach can run groups at several venues.
The parent chooses the venue
In the sign-up form, first the location, then the group. The form shows groups from that venue and suggests them based on the date of birth.
You work with each branch
Reports show the participants at each location, and in Send you choose recipients from a given venue.
What you get
Locations with address and photo
Name, city, address, map link and a photo of the room. Your plan does not limit the number of locations, and you can switch off an unused one without losing its history.
Groups in locations
Each group has its location, and each schedule session has a room. In the parent’s calendar and on the club website, the schedule shows where the class takes place.
Sign-up with a choice of location
The sign-up form asks for the location, shows groups from that venue and suggests them based on the child’s date of birth.
Messages to a selected location
In Send, you choose recipients from one or more locations — for example when the room changes at one branch. Messages are sent by the owner or an administrator.
Participants by location
Reports show how many active participants each location has.
Attendance by venue
Once the city filter is enabled in Settings → Attendance, the attendance list first shows a choice of venue and then the groups from that location.
Good to know
- There is no manager role for a single location. An administrator has access to the whole club, and you can limit a coach’s view to the groups they run.
- The room is a description attached to a schedule session — Klubownik does not book rooms and does not check whether classes overlap. Attendance statistics are not broken down by location.
- The number of clubs on one owner account depends on the plan, and the participant limit counts across all the clubs on the account. An additional club beyond the plan is added by the platform administrator as a paid add-on.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see revenue for each location separately?
Yes. In Payments → Finance Center, marked as beta in the panel, group revenue is broken down by location, and you can filter the payment list and its export by location and group. You assign a separate bank account for transfers to a group, not to a whole location.
I run several separate clubs. Can I manage them from one account?
Yes. In the owner panel, you have a list of your clubs, the status of each and the account billing, and you create a new club with the Add club button. Each club has its own participants, schedule and finances — there is no shared participant list across several clubs.
Does a parent with children at different locations have one account?
Yes. Within one club, the parent sees all their children in one panel, with each child’s schedule and class address. If your branches are separate clubs, the parent chooses which club to enter on the same account.
