For whom
Clubs that already have a demo account and want to move into real use with staff and parents.
Number of steps
3 steps
Before you start
- Set the go-live date, the implementation owner, and the scope of data that should move into production.
Steps
Close the testing phase
List which settings, groups, and documents stay, and which ones were just for testing. This prevents accidental records and empty structures from moving into production.
Import or clean up your launch data
Before announcing launch, make sure participants, guardians, groups, and basic payments are already in place. This reduces chaos in the first week.
Communicate one official channel
After launch, point staff, parents, and participants to one place: portal, form, payments, and documents should work in one path, not in parallel across multiple tools.
Important notes
- Most post-launch issues come from keeping the old and new process in parallel. It is better to close the old flow clearly.
