For whom
Club owner or the person responsible for team onboarding.
Number of steps
3 steps
Before you start
- Prepare the list of people who really need access and decide who should be an admin and who should be a coach.
Steps
Map responsibilities first
Do not start by giving everyone full access. First decide who manages the club, who runs classes, and who only needs selected views.
Invite the team in waves
Add the core implementation people first and invite the rest later. That makes it easier to validate roles and module visibility.
Validate one real task for every role
An admin should create a group and a payment plan, while a coach should validate the schedule and attendance list. This catches bad permissions faster than browsing the menu.
Important notes
- Grant full permissions only where they are actually needed. It simplifies onboarding and reduces the risk of mistakes.
