In Klubownik, wrestling uses the martial arts module: an athlete profile with the record and history of bouts and weigh-ins, documents with expiry dates and competition entries as a CSV file. There is no ready entry template for wrestling — you choose the file fields yourself. On top of that come groups by age, attendance, fees and the parent panel. The first 30 days are free, no card.

Documents with expiry dates
Licences, medical checks and insurance with expiry dates. Parents upload a scan, the club approves it and, once reminders are enabled, the system warns before expiry.
Groups by age
Age categories for groups. The sign-up form suggests the right group based on the child’s date or year of birth.
Child safeguarding
Standards, staff declarations, an incident register and a reminder to review the standards — in every plan. The documents are in Polish and do not replace checking staff in the official registers.
How it works in your club
Sign-up or trial class
A parent or an adult athlete leaves an enquiry through the club’s form or books a trial class on the club website built in Klubownik. The enquiry lands in Recruitment, and messages before and after the trial go out automatically.
Passes and fees
Fees and passes are created automatically every period, and you add the joining fee as a one-off charge. Athletes pay by bank transfer with a ready reference or online, and the coach checks entry with the QR scanner.
Medical checks and licences
Athlete documents have expiry dates: the scan comes in through the panel, the club approves it and, once reminders are enabled, the system warns before expiry.
Competitions and weigh-ins
The generator creates the entry file using the federation’s template and checks that documents are complete. In the athlete profile you record the weigh-in and the fight result.

Does a wrestling club have to use ranks?
No. The club can work without a rank system or build its own skill levels with requirements.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
How do I move my data and get started?
You upload the list of participants and guardians from Excel or CSV: missing groups are created automatically, duplicates are detected and you can undo the import for 72 hours. We help with onboarding free of charge — a questionnaire, club setup and data import.
Is there an app for parents?
Parents use the panel in the browser and can install it on their phone like an app. In Poland, Android users can also get the Klubownik app on Google Play. On iPhone, notifications work after adding the panel to the home screen.
